We offer Next Day, Saturday, and Standard shipping rates, as well as Local Pickup and In-Store Collection at our Manchester or Glasgow stores.

Orders are shipped via DPD, Royal Mail, or UPS.

Important: Due to the high volume of orders we process, we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed, cancelled, or modified once placed.

All international orders are shipped via DPD.

Please note:

• We cannot make changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Import duties are not included in the shipping costs and may be charged to you by the courier after customs clearance. These charges are outside of our control.

You may collect your order from our stores by selecting the 'Pick up in store' option at checkout.

For collection, you will need to present:

• Your order confirmation email
• A valid government-issued ID (passport or driver’s licence)
• The original payment card used for the order
