About The Role

 

As a Store Manager you will be responsible for leading the store in all aspects, from sales to profit and the brand building activities of KershKicks. This includes improving the efficiency of store operations and taking charge of content creation in the store by managing our team of Sales Associates. You will drive sales, customer care, staff management, display, administration and inventory control. The Store Manager is responsible for the sales and the result of the store and reports to the Directors.

 

We are looking for committed individuals who have a variety of experience in a customer facing role, a large knowledge of the sneaker and streetwear reselling culture (we'd love for the successful applicant to be a huge sneaker-head...) It is imperative that you are a visual representation of the KershKicks brand, sociable and confident with an ability to engage with and interact with all customer types to deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships and drive sales. An important factor to working at KershKicks is the ability to share your knowledge through our content – the candidate must be comfortable in photographs and videos for our social media outlets and YouTube.  

 

You will interact with colleagues across multiple aspects of the business including online fulfilment, buyers, marketing specialists and will be expected to carry out general operational and stockroom duties to support our retail and e-commerce stores. Training will be provided during the first month in the role.

The Day to Day

 

You will be a part of spirited, creative and a fun environment offering our customers excellent customer service with clear and effective communication.

You will understand and contribute to daily sales goals.

You will collaborate with colleagues and team members to complete daily tasks.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of our marketplace including sneakers, streetwear, and accessories and be able to share this with our customers and within our content.

You will have excellent negotiation skills to be able to cash out and trade collections.

You will operate the till, payment machine and POS system.

You will keep the store safe and tidy throughout the day.

You will always comply with our company policies and procedures.

 Who We’re Looking For

 You will have at least 3 years experience of managing witin the luxury retail business.

You will demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

Clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.

You will be passionate about our industry and the market in which we operate in.

 You will set high standards and be proud of the work you do and as part of a team that delivers exceptional outcomes.
You will be able to work as a team and collaborate with other colleagues to complete daily tasks on time.
You will be able quickly and effectively problem-solve and possess good conflict-resolution skills, as well as using your initiative whenever necessary.
You will be organised and able to adapt and learn quickly.
You will have had experience with POS systems.
You will have a basic knowledge of mathematics.
You will be expected to be flexible with your working hours.

Junior Content Creator

About The Role

You will join the team as Junior Content Creator responsible for supporting the senior Management team in creating content to use on our social media channels. This is an excellent entry level position for a recent graduate passionate about social media, looking for a creative role and to develop a successful career in digital marketing.

 You will be based at one of our stores but have to attend all stores to collate both video and still image content. Our content comes in the form of:

Instagram/TikTok Reels and YouTube Shorts e.g new products/restocks/public content.

Instagram still images,

Website still images

Vlog Style filming in stores which will then
be edited for YouTube e.g day to day stores/behind the scenes.

Podcast editing

 

Who We’re Looking For

The candidate must be confident filming and asking the public/customers questions for content.

You must be able to work at pace to edit content of a good enough quality to go on our social media pages.

You must have experience or knowledge in using editing apps for TikTok’s and Instagram reels, whilst also being able to edit longer form content for YouTube.

You will be able to have clear and effective communication with customers and colleagues.

Excited by social media and finding new trends.

Creative individual who loves making new content

Someone looking to develop a career in digital marketing and enjoys working in a small team environment

The Day to Day 

As a Junior Content Producer, your responsibilities would include: 

Brainstorming new and creative ideas

Innovating and presenting new digital/offline strategies

Implementing and supporting marketing strategies including social media, print, email, blog, SEO and more

Driving traffic to company pages

Uploading content to their website

Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs

Measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns/content and assess against goals, using relevant sites such as Google Analytics

Keeping abreast of new social media sites, technologies, and digital marketing trends; implementing these new technologies in developing campaigns

Identifying trends and insights, and optimising content, techniques, spend and performance based on the insights.
