Christmas Returns Policy
To give our customers piece of mind, we've extended our returns policy for Christmas.
Anything purchased between the 20th November - 24th December 2024 can be returned or
exchanged until 5th January 2025, subject to our standard terms for online and instore
returns, below.
The normal 14 day returns policy will re-commence from Thursday 26th December 2024
Returns Policy For Online Purchases
We will only accept Products returned as follows:
- we accept all online purchases that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the original method of payment;
- are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase;
- all refunds will be subject to our appraisal of the Products;
- all Products must be returned in the same unworn condition as sold, in their original undamaged packaging, with all labels attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met
Returns Policy For In Store Purchases
We will only accept Products returned as follows:
- we accept all in-store purchases within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit only;
- In store purchases cannot be returned online and must be returned in-store
- are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase;
- all refunds will be subject to our appraisal of the Product; and
- all Products must be returned in the same unworn condition as sold, in their original undamaged packaging, with all labels attached;
- we reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.
How Do I Return Or Exchange My Online Purchase?

- When your return is approved, subject to our return conditions, we endeavour to process refunds as soon as the product is received by us. However, refunds may take 10 - 14 days and will be applied to the original method of payment
- We recommend that the products are returned via registered and insured post and double boxed to avoid damage to the original box.
- You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
- Please note that we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
In order to prevent abuse, we reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges from a specific Customer.
