Just When You Thought It Was Over
Surprise, surprise, another Nike x Travis Scott collaboration is on the way! Utilising the Air Jordan 1 Low yet again, the latest iteration is dubbed the Nike x Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Velvet Brown’ and sports a clean earthy upper that will be sure to stand out. This is not the first time that we have believed this would be the last collaborative effort on the silhouette, with previous rumours suggesting that Nike and Travis Scott would be focusing more on other works such as his recently released Jordan Jumpman Jack TR Travis Scott Sail, of which we have pairs available if you are looking to cop.
Breaking Down the Details
The Nike x Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Velvet Brown’ is without a doubt a very clean iteration. Inspiration is drawn from the previously released ‘Phantom’ colourway which sported a full black upper and midsole. The upcoming ‘Velvet Brown’ pair sees the same black base and midsole but is overlaid with dark mocha accents across the rest of the upper and a premium tumbled leather swoosh. The standard Travis Scott branding is included in the form of the Cactus Jack logo on the heel and tongue, finishing off the pair and staying true to the aesthetic of previous releases.
When Are They Releasing?
Although these images are just mock-ups for now, the Nike x Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Velvet Brown’ are set to drop in the Spring of 2025. There are a few pairs due to drop before this, such as the ‘Canary’, ‘Pale Vanilla’, and ‘Olive’ iterations, all of which should be here before the year is over. This is a little while to wait for the Velvet Brown pair, so in the meantime you can hit the links below to shop the latest selection of releases we have from Travis Scott and treat yourself to something clean.
